This means:

Providing help in the social integration and personal realisation of people with mental disabilities from different age groups

Developing their creative and physical potential through specialised programs and practices

Improving the living conditions at the specialised institutions for people with mental disabilities

Creation of protected homes, day-centres, labour-based therapeutic programs for people with light to medium level of disabilities

Educational activities on the issues of protection and rehabilitation of mental health
